3 Bedroom House in Mercer

Inside is highlighted by massive log beams, a cathedral ceiling and a gorgeous view of Lake Tahoe thru a wall of glass doors and windows. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a wrap-around breakfast bar. The main floor also has a large dining area and a full bathroom with walk in shower.
A two story spiral staircase seamlessly connects this level with a spacious loft affording 1 king size bed and sitting area. Two levels down from the loft is a newly remodeled basement with a reading area and two bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with queen size bed. One bedroom has a large 8 foot window overlooking the lake and the other has an 8 foot sliding glass door with the same view which leads out to the lower patio. This level also has the second full bathroom with another walk in shower.
On the main level there is a wrap around deck designed for maximum view with saftey-glass railings.
The home sits on 3 acres of land and 145' of lake frontage.
Four season rental with satellite TV, WiFi, close to snowmobile/ATV/UTV trails, right next to Tahoe Lynx Golf Course, and just 2 miles from Mercer.
Dedicated pontoon boat available to rent for additional fee.
Only 30-40 minutes from downhill skiing in the UP of Michigan.

Summary: Beautiful cabin, great communication with property manager. Kitchen would have pretty much anything you needed. Note that it’s limited as far as handicap accessibility as none of the bedrooms are on the main floor and would not be an easy path down to the boat dock. Plenty of space for lots of guests! I would stay here again. Very clean and well maintained.

Summary: This cabin was very beautiful, clean, and well-kept. Everything we needed was available. Views of the lake were incredible from all over the property. The kids really enjoyed driving the pedal boat across the lake. The location is nearby biking and hiking trails, which our family also enjoyed. Thank you for offering your property for our vacation. It was a wonderful family experience, we would stay again.

Summary: This lake house was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The bathrooms were nice size with plenty of towels. The location was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed watching the loons on the lake from the deck as well as the pontoon boat.

Summary: This house and environment was totally perfect. The cabin was exceptionally clean and welcoming, and the private lake full of mystery and enchantment. Our first night we spent an hour and a half watching Perseids shoot through the Northern Lights. We saw loons, eagles, herons, song birds, and lovely flora, and we heard wolf packs two nights in a row. Everything was perfect. Thank you so so so much!

Summary: It was a beautiful house and week with family. The pontoon was not working for the week so we were unable to get out on the lake as a family. John did send the grandma and grandson to try and fix the boat but they were unable to. Eventually we borrowed a small fishing boat.

Summary: This was the perfect stay for our family and our pups! Great riding trails and Mercer is such a fun little town! Our pups loved to swim and just be included in our vacation. The house had all the room we needed. Very accomodating! Would love to get a bigger group and rent out both cabin someday!
